We eat a lot of frozen meals at our house, mostly because bedtime for baby and dinner time for mommy and daddy basically happen at the same time and frozen meals SAVE me. That being said I don't like the idea of eating a lot of prepared foods, so I like to make our frozen meals from scratch and wanted to share one of favourite recipes. This one does have some prepared food elements, but it's so good I had to share it.
Creamy Chicken Bake (8 x 2 person servings)
To enjoy during the week cook from frozen at 400 for about one hour or until chicken is cooked and topping is a yummy golden colour. We typically serve this with rice and another veggie.
